WeTrade Online Refund Conditions

  • Buyer paid but did not receive the product
  • Received goods but missing products
  • Product is defective/damaged during shipping
  • Wrong product delivered (wrong product, wrong code, wrong size, wrong color)
  • Product does not match description/advertise
  • Technical error due to manufacturer Counterfeit/counterfeit goods, expired/used products.
  • Counterfeit/counterfeit goods, expired/used products.

WeTrade Online (NCC) Requirements for Clients

- Provide photos/videos that clearly show the status of the product received

  • Video of unpacking from the moment of opening the bond to inspecting the inside of the box
  • A picture of the package stamp can show the order number
  • The condition of the appearance (tape, seal, shape of the container) especially the suspected locations that have an impact on the product.
  • Condition of the product inside

- "Actual condition of the product" when the company receives it back must match the "Reason for return" and must match the image/video when the customer sent it to the company.

- Returned products need to include full box, box, gift certificate, accessories, warranty card, manual, catalog, accompanying invoice/VAT invoice

- The warranty stamp / serial number stamp is still in its original condition, not torn, broken, overwritten or modified or erased.

Exchange of WeTrade Online

  • Exchange for products of the same specification (same color, same size...)
  • Defective products, non-defective components => Change products
  • Product is not defective, defective components => Change components

WeTrade Online Cashback

When WeTrade Online receives the return from you, we will check it and notify the customer that we have received the return. We will immediately notify the customer of the refund status after inspecting the product. Refund method: Cashback at WeTrade Online store Refund via bank transfer Refund via e-wallet Time: With non-bank payment or COD service: customers will receive money from 5-7 working days. Transfer transaction from customer's domestic ATM card to WeTrade Online's bank account: Customers will receive money in 5-7 working days.
