Products are warranted free of charge during the warranty period when arising due to manufacturer's technical defects. The warranty period of the products offered by WeTrade Online is calculated from the date of delivery.

- Massage chair products: Warranty 24 months for the machine part, 18 months for the roller, 6 months for the leather upholstery due to manufacturer's fault.
- Massage sofa products: 24 months warranty for the machine part, 18 months for the roller, 6 months for the leather upholstery due to manufacturer's fault.
- Massage cushion: 12 months warranty
- Foot massager: 12 months warranty
Cases not covered by WeTrade Online's warranty
- Product has expired warranty
- Warranty stamp/serial number stamp is torn, pasted, modified, erased
- Warranty card is erased, modified information or incomplete information, missing date, month, year, machine number
- The product is damaged through no fault of the manufacturer
- Improper use or liquidation of the product
- Using non-genuine materials and components, not recommended by the manufacturer
- The product has been altered, repaired or misused.
- Parts and components are subject to natural wear and tear.
- Use the product for business or commercial purposes.
